Scuba Outfitters’s PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba course. Why? Because scuba diving with Enriched Air Nitrox gives you more no decompression time, especially on repetitive scuba dives. If staying down longer and getting back in the water sooner sounds appealing, then don’t hesitate to become an enriched air diver.
Prerequisites:
- 12 years old
- PADI Open Water Diver or the Equivalent from Another Agency
What Is NITROX?
Nitrox is a Mixed Gas of Oxygen Enriched Air between 21% oxygen and 40% oxygen. The air that we normally breathe while diving is approximately 20% oxygen and 80% nitrogen.
