Join Scuba Outfitters for an afternoon of diving on October 3rd in Fort Lauderdale on American Dream II. We will be diving on Tenneco Towers.

Scuba Outfitters will be scheduling a 2 tank dive charter every Saturday. We will also be offering a great activity to help you unwind on Hump Day with a Wednesday 2 tank Night Dive.
Costs:
Normal Dive Charter : $85
Towers/Blackhole : $95
Night Dive: $80
Charters prices do not include tanks and weights.

Naples Florida – Scuba Outfitters of Naples will officially open on Saturday, January 31, 2009, signified by a Grand Opening Celebration from 12 Noon to 7pm. (Schedule of Events)
Michael Thompson, John Blake, James Chandler and Joe Ballarino created Scuba Outfitters of Naples. With a combination of extensive scuba diving, over 2500 dives, and dive training experience, over 1000 students trained, the team is more than qualified to assist Naples area scuba divers and those who would like to try scuba diving enjoy the sport they love.
The grand opening celebration will be a multifaceted event. Free food and refreshments, discounts on merchandise and training, special dive trips and hourly prizes will be offered all day intertwined with educational and fun events. Learn to use dive computers, about PADI education, thermal protection and try out Oceanic’s new Data Mask, with heads up display in the indoor heated pool. Yes, bring a swimsuit and towel, non divers will have a chance, at no cost, to try on the gear and breathe under water!
According to the management team, one of the keys to success of the shop is building a true community of local divers, a place they can call home. A free local dive community (www.ScubaOut.com) site has been up and running for a few weeks now and boasts nearly 70 members. A dive club featuring educational events and social activities will be a focus of the dive shop.

In an effort to better serve the local Naples area dive community, Scuba Outfitters of Naples released a Naples Dive Community website. The site will enable area divers to network for dive buddies, plan dive trips and travel, share experiences and meet for other fun events.
The site’s hosts will also be sharing their in-depth knowledge of diving and will assist the community in organizing get togethers and adventures. The community is FREE to everyone although some features do require the diver to register, for example to post comments to the wall.

We are pleased to announce that Scuba Outfitters of Naples, LLC has acquired the student records from Naples Dive Center, PADI Store 852. With this acquisition, all dive students who received a PADI designation through the years at Naples Dive Center are now on file with us.
We are very pleased to be able to reconnect with Naples Florida area PADI divers and to offer PADI dive education, equipment and experiences. More information about the grand opening of our location at 1949 Davis Blvd will be released soon. In the meantime, we have announced our first open water certification class and are signing up students today.
